Do you ship to addresses outside of the contiguous United States?

No, at this time Fresh Horizons Coffee only ships to addresses in the contiguous United States.

What is your Return Policy?

Fresh Horizons Coffee guarantees that you will love our coffee. If you don’t, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. We will provide you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to include with your product(s) and the address where you can mail the return. Once received, we will credit you for the amount you paid for the product and and taxes collected less shipping.

Can I order green (unroasted) beans?

No, at this time Fresh Horizons does not sell unroasted beans.

How quickly will my order ship?

We roast our beans in small batches to insure the freshest possible product. Individual orders typically ship within two business days of being placed. Larger bundled orders shipping directly to organizations will typically ship within two to seven business days. In all cases, an order confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of the order. A separate shipping notification will be emailed when the order is fulfilled and picked up by the shipping carrier.

How much of my order is donated to charity?

Fresh Horizons Coffee Company is committed to supporting nonprofits. An average of 14% from each order is donated to nonprofits through our tiered Partner Organization program, including contributions to our highlighted charity on any unaffiliated orders. How can my nonprofit participate in this fundraiser?

Joining our program is as easy as 1 – 2 – 3! Complete the Partner Registration, download the fundraising materials, and start raising money. Learn more here.

How do I change or cancel my subscription?

You may modify or cancel your subscription from the subscriptions tab on your account dashboard up to 1 day before your reorder date.

How can I promote my organization’s fundraiser?

There are many different ways to promote your fundraiser. Here are a few best practices.

  • Have a kick off event.
  • Mention it in any of your print material that go out to supporters.
  • Place your custom URL on all of your social media channels.
  • Do some sponsored ads on Facebook.
  • Send an email blast to your mailing list.
  • Text message your URL to potential supporters.

What does OID stand for?

OID stands for Organization Identification. It is the unique identifier for a partner organization. It is also used to create the organization’s custom URL. (For example, the custom URL for Court Street United Methodist Church is https://freshhorizonscoffee.com/oid/courtstreet the OID for that organization is “courtstreet”.)

How do I choose my custom URL (OID)?

It is best to keep your OID simple and memorable. If at all possible keeping it to one or two words or an acronym that many of your supporters will recognize. Following is an example of a difficult to remember OID: EpilepsyFoundationOfNorthCentralIllinoisIowaandNebraska. A much better OID would be: Epilepsy. When choosing your OID only enter in the word or acronym that you want to use, not the entire web address (URL).

Can my OID (Organization Identification) be changed after it is set up?

At this time the only way to change your OID is to set up a new account. Setting up a new account would mean that you would lose any of the volume that your organization has generated. Please do this only as a last resort.

How do I know how much my organization has earned?

You can see reports for how much your organization has earned by logging into your partner dashboard and viewing the statistics report.

How much does it cost to set up a fundraiser?

There is no cost to set up your fundraiser.

How long does it take to set up my fundraiser?

The application can be completed online in a matter of minutes. Generally it takes us about 1 business day to complete the approval process once you have submitted your application.

Do you sell whole bean coffee?

Yes. Select “Whole” under the Type drop down menu in the item description.

Do you sell ground coffee?

Yes. Select “Ground” under the Type drop down menu in the item description.

Do you sell coffee pods?

Yes. Select “Coffee Pods” under the Type drop down menu in the item description

Do you offer organic fair trade coffee?

Yes. Our Organic Mountain Vista is a fair trade organic coffee.

When will my organization receive the proceeds from its fundraiser?

Fundraiser pay outs are done around the 15th of the month for the volume that was sold the month before.

Do you sell flavored coffee? (i.e. Pumpkin Spice)

No. At this time Fresh Horizons only sells fresh roasted specialty grade coffee and hot cocoa.

Does Fresh Horizons Coffee roast its own coffee?

Yes. We roast our own coffee in small batches so that each order receives the freshest coffee possible.
